Truth is though, January and February are better than I thought they would be.<BR/><BR/>I believe a lot of notaries got out in Los Angeles. Until this low spot in business starts to rise I beleive we must go back to our roots of general notary work. Here in PA the majority of notaries are title clerks for DMV. My office now does DMV and is also taking on field services.
